Excellent companion for taking anywhere you go. This book is very informative, straight to the point, and portable.

Mostly for MDs, a bit hard for medical students, and hard for nurses. Excellent bedside review manual on the run to the ICU, CCU, SICU for an urgent case.
That aside, the content is excellent. I actually purchased the book assuming this and was disapointed that it was not. This is an excellent clincal resource. I do wish that it was actually a spiral bound book as the description implies.
